The latest volume is inspired by moody 70's Library records, early 80's Synth-Prog, Cinematic Soul, Psych-Rock and sinister Horror OST's. It has gems for grimy Boom Bap, dramatic Trap, and eerie, soulful beats.
As a long time digger with over 15 years experience studying and searching for records, he's transferred all of that knowledge and understanding into his original samples. With a mix of a few vst's and analog modern and vintage gear, this versatile sample pack has unique gems to be flipped and chopped in a multitude of ways.
Lots of material on here with various change-ups, outros, and additional pieces of music to mess with!
Beatnick Dee is a producer and sample composer born in the Bay Area, raised in Somerset, England, and now based in Los Angeles. He’s worked with a wide range of artists including Biggie, Faith Evans, Blu, Vinnie Paz, Jehst, Cappadonna, Ill Bill, Fredwreck, Beat Butcha and many more. Recently, he’s been working with emerging talent, singer, Minnie Merda co-producing songs featured on Snoop Dogg’s Death Row Summer compilation, and Netflix’s #1 movie of summer 2022, “Day Shift.”
Gear Used: Farfisa Compact Combo Organ, Sequential Prophet 6, Crumar Roadrunner 2, Behringer Poly D, Fender Strat, 5 string Warwick Streamer, Roland Re-201 Space Echo, Roland DC-50 Chorus, Sansui RA-500 Spring Reverb and various live percussion instruments including Flexatone and Cabasa.
